Enable Cookies!

The shopping cart is empty every time a shopper tries to add an item to their cart.

This occurs when cookies are "Disabled" on the shopper's browser, since our shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of the contents of each shopper's cart.

To resolve this, the shopper needs to have their cookies enabled.

Here is how you can enable cookies in various browsers and operating systems. Please select from the following options. If you still have problems with access, then please contact us!

  1. Internet Explorer 6.x (for Windows)
    1. Select Tools
    2. Select Internet Options
    3. Select the Privacy tab.
    4. Make sure Settings is set to Medium.
    5. Select Advanced
    6. Uncheck override automatic cookie handling checkbox
    7. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
    8. Click OK to exit
       
  2. Internet Explorer 5.x (for Windows)                                 TOP
    1. Go to Tools on the menu bar
    2. Pick Internet Options
    3. Click the Security tab
    4. Select the Custom Level tab
    5. Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
    6. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
    7. Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
       
  3. Internet Explorer 4.x (for Windows)
    1. Go to View on the menu bar
    2. Pick Internet Options
    3. Click the Advanced tab
    4. Go down to the Cookies section
    5. Click "Always Accept Cookies"
    6. Click OK
       
  4. Internet Explorer 3.x (for Windows)
    1. Go to View on the menu bar
    2. Pick Options
    3. Click the Advanced tab
    4. Go down to the Cookies section
    5. Click "Warn Before Accept Cookies"
    6. Click OK
       
  5. Firefox                                                                              TOP
    1. From the Firefox Toolbar, select Tools.
    2. Select Options
    3. Select Privacy
    4. Go down to the Cookies section
    5. Check "Accept cookies from sites"
    6. Select  Keep until:  "I close Firefox"
    7. Click OK to save & exit.
       
  6. Netscape 7.x
    1. Click Edit on the Toolbar.
    2. Click Preferences
    3. Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
    4. Click Cookies
    5. Three options are displayed. Click the appropriate choice:
      • Disable cookies
      • Enable cookies for the originating web site only
      • Enable all cookies
      • If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

    1. Click Edit on the Toolbar.
    2. Click Preferences
    3. Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
    4. Click Cookies

    1. From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
    2. Select Internet [Web] Options From Essentials
    3. Then On the Right Under Related items Click "Internet Explorer Settings"
    4. Select the Privacy tab
    5. Make sure Settings is set to Medium.
    6. Select Advanced
    7. Uncheck override automatic cookie handling checkbox
    8. Click OK to exit.
       
  11. AOL 8.0                                                                            TOP
    1. From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
    2. Select Preferences
    3. Select Internet Properties (WWW)
    4. Select the Privacy tab

    1. Click on Preferences
    2. Select on the WWW button
    3. Click on the Advanced tab
    4. Select the "Accept all cookies" checkbox
       
  17. Mac Safari
    1. From the Safari menu, choose Preferences.
    2. Select the Security icon at the top of the window.
    3. Under Web Content Section, Check all options except Block Pop-up Windows.
    4. Under Accept Cookies Section, Select Always
    5. Close the window to save settings.
       
  18. Mac Internet Explorer 5.x
    1. Click Edit
    2. Select Preferences
    3. Under the Receiving Files option, select Cookies
    4. Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
    5. Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
    6. Click OK to finish
       
  19. Mac Internet Explorer 4.x                                           TOP
    1. Go to My AOL on the menu bar
    2. Pick WWW
    3. Go to the Advanced Settings option on the Category menu
    4. Click "Cookies"
    5. When receiving cookies: Click "Never Ask"
    6. Click OK
       
  20. Opera
    1. Go to File in the menu bar
    2. Click on Preferences
    3. Under the group labeled Network click on Privacy
    4. In the section Cookies check mark de Enable Cookies box
    5. Click OK
       
  21. Mozilla                                                                TOP
    1. Go to Edit in the menu bar
    2. Click on Preferences
    3. Roll down the group labeled Privacy & Security
    4. Click on Cookies
    5. Check/uncheck the Disable Cookies radio button
