What type of surfaces does the Ultra Sticky Craft Tape stick to?
Our tape
sticks to glass, metal, wood, fabric, plastic, Styrofoam and many others.
It's best to test your surface. If you find a surface that the tape is
not sticking to try wiping it clean with Rubbing Alcohol to clean off
any dirt and oils. I've found this to work great on candles and some
plastics that had an oily film.
Is the tape water proof?
No.
The tape is for decorative items only. You can not put the tape in the
washing machine or dishwasher. If you are having problems with your beads
falling off because of exposure to water or moisture try coating your beaded
projects with a thin layer of Gloss Mod Podge®. This works great on the
flip flops and the beaded pens.
How do I clean the tape residue off of my scissors?

Finger nail polish remover works great, but I prefer a product on the market
called Un-du™.
Un-du can be purchased at most of the chain craft
stores and home improvement stores.
I personally
absolutely love E.K.'s Honey Bee Scissors. The are a non-stick scissor
that works beautifully with our Ultra Sticky Tape. We won't need to
use Un-du™.
Do you adhere your boas using Ultra Sticky Craft
Tape™?
No....the feathers on
the boa stick to the tape before I get a chance to adhere the tape to my
surface. I like to use several items on the market depending on what
I'm making. The boa pens, I use Beacon's Fabric-Tac that you can
purchase at Wal-Mart and on other items I use Aleene's Tacky Glue.
I'm always testing
out different adhesives. When I find another one I like, I'll post it
here on our FAQ page.
What is the difference between your "Chunky" Glitter and "Fancy" Glitter?
Both glitters are the
same size .025 Hex and come in lots of the same great colors but are made out of different materials.
Our Chunky
Glitter is an economical alternative to the premium Fancy Glitter.
Our Fancy Glitter is a much shinier glitter that will lay flat when you
press it down with your fingers. Chunky Glitter will NOT lay down
flat.
What type of materials

Our Fancy, Fine and
Iridescent glitter are all made out of a polyester material. Our
Chunky glitter is made out of a plastic material.
